Some places get under your skin and never let go. For me, it is the wind-swept shoes of Assateague Island and the tidal marshes of Maryland's Eastern Shore - places of extraordinary beauty that are quietly, slowly changing. I am Catherine Honigsberg, and I photograph these place becuse I believe what we love, we protect. I hope my images make you love them too.
